Shipping
We deliver worldwide with free carbon neutral shipping on Australian orders over $150AUD.
Australian Orders under $150AUD will be charged $10AUD. Express Post is available for $15AUD.
International Orders will be charged $20AUD for Standard or $40AUD for Express.
We ship our swimwear from Raw Salt HQ in Coffs Harbour, Australia. Our domestic shipping service utilises the carbon neutral delivery company Sendle, who partners with South Pole Group. We may also use Australia Post, depending on your location, who is now also a carbon neutral delivery service.
Internationally, we ship with Australia Post, Aramex, DHL eCommerce and DHL Express (when shipping with DHL Express, we use their GoGreen Service). When a service isn't carbon neutral, we offset the carbon ourselves to ensure we minimise the environmental impacts.
All orders placed will be dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. All our prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

International orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond estimated timelines above. Raw Salt is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges – but we ask you to consider your purchase.
We believe in making thoughtful decisions when shopping, and we encourage you to do the same. We don’t support impulse purchasing because the process of returns and exchanges carries an environmental impact.
However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Returns
If you change your mind, we offer refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and sanitary strips must remain intact
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. The same conditions as returns apply—items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and sanitary strips in place.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship out the new item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please email us at
hello@rawxsalt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out and cover the cost of return shipping.
